The world is a dangerous place. What is a better way to learn to handle the unknown than drawing outlandish solutions to serious problems?
Anchorage Illustrator Lee Post will be guiding this two hour session, guiding youth, teens, and adults through a number of prompts and drawing games exploring the concept of survival. It is open to all skill levels and ages. Artists younger than 8 will need a teen or adult helper to draw alongside them.
Chugiak-Eagle River Library, Eagle River on October 28 from 2-4 p.m.
Offered in collaboration with the Anchorage Museum’s SeedLab and their current Survival exhibit.
